FAQ: official websites and social media of listed companies

Short answers about how Social Wall Street works and what the scores mean.

Questions and answers

What is Social Wall Street?

Social Wall Street is an independent research site that records the official website and the official social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube) of listed companies, and shows how active each one looks online. Every record carries the date it was reviewed.

How do I find the official website and social media accounts of an NSE or BSE listed company?

Search the company name or ticker on Social Wall Street, or browse the screener or the A to Z list. Each company page lists the official website and the official social pages recorded in our review, with direct links and the review date.

How do you decide a page is the official one?

Pages are recorded after a manual review. Where an account could not be confirmed as official it is marked unverified or not found. Nothing is guessed, and missing information is shown as missing.

What is the Presence Radar?

The Presence Radar draws one axis for each reviewed channel (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) scored 0 to 10, with the overall score in the centre. A channel with no score is shown as n/a, not as zero. The overall score appears only when at least three channels have a score.

Does a low score mean a company is a scam or in trouble?

No. The score only describes how much online activity could be observed on the review date. Many sound companies are quiet online, and a polished presence is easy to build. Social Wall Street never labels a company based on digital signals alone.

Is this investment advice?

No. Social Wall Street provides research information only. Price and market data in the prototype come from third-party sources and need a licensed source before public launch. Verify everything with exchange filings and official disclosures.

Which markets and companies are covered?

The prototype covers listed companies on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), currently 276 companies. More markets, starting with the UAE, are being added.

How often is the data updated?

Companies are reviewed manually, so review dates differ. The review date is shown on every company page and in every answer.

How can I report a wrong link or outdated information?

Use the "Report a problem" button on any page. The page address is attached automatically.

Who is behind Social Wall Street?

Social Wall Street was created by Abdul Rafeeque KK (Rafomac), a Dubai-based digital media operations professional who has researched small-cap listed companies since about 2017. See the About page.
